How To Remain Positive?

At work we interacted with many people on daily basis, there are times when we are happy but sometimes we have arguments with them and this thing definitely impacts our mental and psychological health. This will definitely reduce our potential, our productivity, and our strength. Now, we need to dedicate ourself to a higher or spiritual goal to overcome those hurdles in our lives.

The higher and larger purpose is like rope with which we can pull ourself from the hurdle.

So, First of all we need to develop good habits to achieve ours Material and spiritual goals which we need divide into smaller everyday goals. Then, see the larger picture of it, what we are becoming and achieving on spiritual realm.
